I lived in this apartment for about a year and a half. Unfortunately, I won’t be renewing my lease because I found a new job and need to relocate.

During my time here, I always felt safe, comfortable, and truly at home. The management team has been exceptionally kind, professional, and responsive. Any issues or questions were handled promptly and efficiently, which made living here a very positive experience.

I would especially like to recognize and thank Yesenia, Allison, and Jack for their outstanding support and excellent service. They have always been friendly, helpful, and attentive.

This is a follow up review to my original from 5 months ago.  I was one of the first residents to move in and the team is amazing and continues to blow me away to the point that I have already begun conversations to extend past my lease date.  In a brand new building there are many moving parts and this team has done a stellar job. The mailroom has a cubby system and space for each floor and labeled so it’s easy to locate your packages.
When I have requested maintenance the response is immediate.  The windows are sealed so tight I have not had to turn on my heat yet and it’s the middle of January.  I feel safe and love my neighbors.  Thanks for all you do Allie, Yesenia and team, I continue to be thrilled to call The Duet my home.
